We design and manufacture custom jigs, fixtures, templates, and tool solutions, and advise manufacturers on standardization and workplace organization grounded in 5S and kaizen practice. Design, prototyping, and production are handled in-house, from first site visit to proven tooling at the station.

    Locating, holding, drilling, and welding jigs designed around the part, the process, and the operator. Built for repeatability, quick loading, and foolproof orientation.

    Assembly, inspection, and machining fixtures that hold position under real production conditions. Designed for the takt time and tolerances of your line, not a catalog.

    Templates & gauges

    Layout templates, drill guides, and go/no-go checking aids that take measurement and judgment out of repetitive work and standardize the result across shifts.

    Hand & power tool solutions

    Modified and purpose-built hand tools, ergonomic aids, torque-tool hangers, balancer mounts, and point-of-use holders that put the right tool in reach, oriented, every cycle.

    Process review and tooling design services for efficiency and standardization, applying 5S and kaizen methods on the floor with your team, not from a slide deck.

    In-house additive manufacturing and machining for prototypes, production aids, and low-volume parts, so concepts reach the station as working hardware quickly.

Standardize first. Then improve.

5S as a foundation

Sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain. We treat 5S as engineering work rather than housekeeping: shadow boards, point-of-use tool placement, and visual standards are designed and fabricated so the correct way to work is also the easiest way to work.

Kaizen in practice

Improvement is built in small, verified steps. We observe the work at the station, identify waste with the people who do the job, trial a countermeasure, and standardize what proves out. Tooling is often the fastest way to lock in a gain, which is why we build it ourselves.

How an engagement runs

    Consultation

    A conversation or site visit to understand the operation, the problem, and the constraints. Scope and quotation follow.

  2. 2

    Design

    Concept and detailed design, reviewed with you before anything is built. You approve what will be made.

  3. 3

    Build

    Manufacture by 3D printing, machining, or both. Prototypes are trialed at the station where the work happens.

  4. 4

    Handover

    Proven tooling delivered with documentation. Adjustments after real-world use are part of the job, not an extra.
